Health · in the pet profile

Your pet's clinical record,
organized and within reach.

The Health panel brings together follow-ups, medication, vaccines, visits and weight in one place. You log it, calmly, and take it to the vet ready to go — without relying on memory or loose papers.

What it is

A clinical file, organized by you

Health gathers into one “Health panel” the follow-ups of symptoms and conditions, the medication and its doses, the vaccination card, the visits and the dewormings, and the weight. You log it at your own pace and PawBook organizes it and leaves it ready to review or export as a PDF for your vet. It does not diagnose or replace their judgment: it helps you keep clear what happened, when and how it has evolved.

Capabilities

Everything you can keep up to date

Every piece of clinical care, in its place and with context.

Health follow-ups

Track a symptom, a condition or a recovery day by day, with notes, photos and documents. Each follow-up can be active or closed without losing the history.

Medication and doses

Save dose and frequency, turn on reminders and mark each dose as given. The history keeps both active and finished treatments.

Vaccination card

Catalog or custom vaccines, with statuses —on the card, scheduled, given, overdue— and the date of the next dose.

Visits and dewormings

Log vet visits and dewormings as part of the history, so you always have the background at hand.

Visit preparation

An assistant that starts from the reason, gathers your pet's recent data and suggests questions so you arrive at the appointment with everything in order.

Documents and PDF

Attach reports and prescriptions, link them to a follow-up and export a clean PDF of the follow-up, the clinical record or the visit preparation.

Follow-ups

Follow every episode, day by day

When something changes, open a follow-up and keep adding what you observe: notes, photos, changes. It all stays ordered by date, with milestones for opening, updating, closing and reopening, so you don't lose the context between days.

  • Symptoms, conditions and observations
  • Updates with notes, photos and documents
  • Active or closed, without deleting the history

Medication and vaccines

Not a single dose or vaccine left in the air

Turn a vet's plan into an orderly routine: dose, frequency and optional reminders. Mark each dose as given and keep the vaccination card up to date with its statuses and dates. PawBook organizes; it never interprets the medication by its name.

  • Dose, frequency and optional reminders
  • A faithful record of each dose given
  • Card with statuses and next dose

Arrive with everything prepared

Before the appointment, gather the recent data and bring questions ready with the visit preparation. And export a clean PDF —of the follow-up, the clinical record or the preparation— to share with your vet. It's a support to keep the information in order, not a professional clinical report.

  • Preparation with recent data and questions
  • PDF of the follow-up, the record or the visit

PawBook organizes what you log — it does not diagnose, does not interpret the medication and does not replace your vet. Your data stays on your device and in your private iCloud.
